Senator Kelly requested that the reconsideration on SENATE CS                  
FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 58(FIN) "An Act relating to the                      
budget reserve fund established under art. IX, sec. 17, Constitution           
of the State of Alaska" be taken up at this time.

the Senate in third reading on reconsideration.                                
                                                                               
Senator Duncan called the Senate.  President Halford stated the call           
was not satisfied.                                                             
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 58(FIN) will be on                         
the calendar in third reading on reconsideration March 2.
